Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Production timelines may vary slightly for handcrafted or bulk orders.
International Shipping (Wholesale & Bulk Orders)
International wholesale orders are shipped via cargo logistics.
- Delivery timeframe: Approximately 15–21 business days (2–3 weeks) after dispatch
- Delivery method: Doorstep delivery
- Customs & clearance: Included
- Additional fees on delivery: None
This shipping method offers predictable landed costs and helps avoid unexpected customs charges upon arrival, making it ideal for wholesale and bulk purchases.
Customers are advised to place orders early to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
Express Shipping (Optional)
DHL Express shipping is available on request only.
- Delivery timeframe: Approximately 3–7 business days after production
- Important notice: DHL fees cover transportation only. Customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges may be required upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- DHL rates are quoted separately based on destination and shipment size.
Retail Orders
Retail orders may be shipped internationally using either cargo or express shipping, depending on order size and destination. The selected shipping method and delivery timeline will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Free Shipping
Free shipping promotions apply only where stated and are fulfilled using the standard shipping method selected by BY KESSY.
Tracking
Cargo shipments are tracked internally by the logistics provider. Shipment status updates are available upon request and final delivery confirmation will be shared once completed.
For DHL Express shipments, tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
